TAX MANAGER –Partnership potential

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager with a desire for partnership with a high quality firm located in the DTC.

This role requires a strong tax background in public accounting with an emphasis in S Corps, partnerships and high net worth individuals including both compliance and planning.

• Manage the tax compliance function for income tax returns as well as estates, gift & trust returns
• Complex and innovative tax planning
• Tax research, memorandums and presentations
• Client development
• Supervise and mentor staff
• Support the firm in analyzing trends and the decision making process
