$24/hr starting + tips + bonuses

We’re looking for a strong Team Lead to help run the day and keep things moving.

This is a hands-on job where you’ll work alongside the team, lead by example, and make sure jobs get done right.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small team on job sites

Make sure jobs are finished safely and on time

Talk with customers and keep them happy

Jump in and work when needed

What You Need:

Leadership skills — people look up to you

Good attitude and work ethic

Valid driver’s license

Able to lift heavy items and stay active all day

Reliable and ready to work

Pay & Perks:

$24/hr starting pay
