Coordinating, communicating, and delivering critical projects accurately and on time.· Coordinating initiatives with key stakeholders to create roadmaps, program scope, priorities, and requirements· Partner with engineering management leads, and other stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and are aligned with the overall company objectives.· Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.· Providing support, leadership and motivation for project teams.· Communicating upwards and downwards to liaise between stakeholders and individual contributors to create alignment and manage expectations and understanding.· Have 2 + years of relevant experience leading complex technical programs and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent· Possess hands-on knowledge in the use of Project Management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, Traditional PMI methods, etc. in order to influence improvement.· Have a sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to technical teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate project risks and issues· Possess a depth and breadth of project management skills and tools that you are able to implement strategically· Have previous experience with Atlassians toolset - Jira, Confluence, etc.Good Understanding and hands on- experience around below areas also will be greatly considered:· Collaboration Management· Escalation Management· Technical understanding of Digital Analytical based tools· Able to drive Programs from End to End efficiently
