A role you will love
  • Be part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team which creates customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values.
  • Perform technical analysis and administrative tasks to assist with the enhancement and maintenance of applications managed by the Enterprise Systems team.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define and develop clear requirements which will form a well-balanced Product Backlog.
  • Partner with other project teams to help define business requirements to meet the project objectives.
  • Communicates, collaborates and negotiates with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, business groups and control groups)
  • Manage and prioritize the scrum's backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints.
  • Determines acceptance criteria for final UAT code.
  • Effectively manage risks associated with projects and scrum team, including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features.
  • Communicate, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Obtain appropriate buy-in on difficult decisions and solve complex issues.
  • Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues.
What will you bring to the role?
  • Minimum of 5 years of Technical or Systems Analyst experience.
  • Experience in data modelling, writing SQL, Stored procedures and triggers using SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Experience in building wireframes to design user interfaces.
  • Experience in building systems integration design documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Experience in writing web service specifications using JSON or SOAP.
  • Experience in ETL tools and data migrations.
  • Experience in writing users stories or technical stories in an agile environment.
  • Ability to create high-level design and process flow documentation using tools such as Visio.
