The Temporary HRIS Analyst / Project Support Specialist will provide hands-on support for HRIS operations, people data management, reporting, and year-end integration-related initiatives. This temporary role will report to the Senior Director of HRIS and partner across the business to help ensure employee and organizational data is accurate, complete, secure, and ready for key business processes.The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large, complex datasets; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with HRIS platforms and HR processes; and able to identify discrepancies, reconcile data, document findings, and translate information into meaningful insights. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and support multiple project workstreams with accuracy and discretion.
