Location: Aurora, CO Description: Our client is currently seeking a Test Engineer The Test Engineer will work closely with the FORGE MDPAP SEIT Lead on test related activities. The TE will assist in the documentation and definition of all Test and Integration events. The TE must have a clear understanding of all test related requirements, interfaces, and test results. The successfully candidate will have the ability to track and gather artifacts and analyze results. Work will be performed in Aurora, CO and at a customer site in Boulder, CO. The primary work location will be on site in Boulder.Required Skills:5+ years demonstrated experience in a test or systems engineering roleExperience supporting system integration and test events of a software-based systemUnderstanding of the testing architecture/frameworkExperience in the verification/validation of system requirementsUnderstand of integration and test procedures and plansExperience with Agile and DevOpsAbility to review schedules and pull together integrated plans showing dependencies and linkagesDemonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers, and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite of toolsExperience working in cross discipline teams and interact effectively with to complete product team objectivesExisting Top Secret clearance (DoD preferred)
Desired Skills:• Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract• Understanding of configuration management• Experience in SE process development and deployment• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using DOORS, Enterprise Architect and JIRA or similar toolsEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree is preferred. STEM degree is preferred. Along with 5+ years of relevant experience - OR Master's Degree STEM preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience Security Clearance Required Top Secret U.S. Citizen Required?
