Test Engineer with Secret Clearance

Our client, a large government contractor with offices in Colorado Springs, CO is in need of a Systems Test Engineer to work onsite through June of 2025. The Systems Test Engineer will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) discipline with 5 years of systems or test engineering experience; or 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree in STEM related discipline
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience in with Unix/Linux operating systems
• Experience in using a discrepancy management tool, such as Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
• Great communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (Potentially to North Dakota)
