Senior Coordinator, Lifecycle MarketingAs a member of the Lifecycle Marketing team on the Brand Connections team, the Sr. Coordinator will connect customers to the brand through mobile and email channels. Including primary ownership of the SMS text alerts program, our app push suite, and app store optimization. Secondarily email planning, briefing, and execution.You will partner with the Mobile Ecommerce team along with the Mobile Digital Technology teams to deliver mobile communication strategies, drive revenue and support growth of the mobile channels for The North Face North Americas Region. Additionally, you will collaborate with The North Face's loyalty, paid media, brand marketing, retail, and social marketing teams to bring product stories to life within the mobile space while partnering with the insights team to better understand our target consumer.How You Will Make a Difference:

Put the consumer at the heart of everything you do.

Have a mobile first and focused mindset, always looking at how to improve the mobile experience.

Help build out the mobile messaging campaign calendars for the app push campaign and the US and Canada SMS programs.

Manage the mobile messaging creative process from briefing to asset delivery for Text Alerts as well as mobile in app push notifications.

Provide post campaign analysis and updates for tracking progress of mobile KPIs and weekly reporting needs for the mobile channel.

Act as the main point of contact to agencies as vendors for all things mobile marketing.

Ability to clearly set and manage expectations with internal stakeholders.

Build strategic working relationships with trust and strong communication.

Participate in app UAT testing when new marketing functionality is releasing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution of push updates.

Work with retail team to keep in store marketing refreshed and driving acquisition for both SMS and the app.

Assist in email marketing planning and execution.

Assist in management of ASO agency in partnership with the mobile ecomm team to drive winning testing plans, and strategies to grow our market share in both the Apple App Store and Google Play stores. Manage creative approvals for app store updates and partner with mobile ecommerce team to bring these strategies to life in the app stores.

Skills for SuccessYears of Related Professional Experience: 2-4 years of related digital marketing experience, including SMS, push message suite (in app, push and mobile inbox) and mobile app paid growth marketing including ASO experience.Role will support marketing efforts both in the U.S. and Canada, experience with marketing in the Canadian market is preferred, but not required.Educational Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, advertising or related field or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.What You Bring

Experience working in Airship, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms for text campaign and in app push message deployments

Experience with Google Analytics + Mobile Measurement Platform experience (Kochava, Appsflyer, or similar), also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with Jira – partner with the mobile ecom team to create tickets for updates to the mobile app and SMS programs.

An understanding of app and mobile messaging metrics and best practices including push notifications, SMS, digital media testing methodology, and optimization strategies

Experience with mobile app growth strategies and tactics to increase app downloads and user engagement.

Clear communicator with the ability to navigate creative process, and provide feedback

Proven track record of managing projects, and timelines, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Interest in mobile trends with the tenacity to stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that will help grow the mobile channel for the brand.

Customer focused, highly driven individual with a can-do attitude with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills + strong cross functional collaboration skills

Detail oriented with a high level of organizational and planning skills
