Further information provided during the recruitment process.Senior Global Merchandising PlannerAs part of the Global Merchandise Planning team, this position will own assigned consumer territory and product planning across all Global environments (NA, EMEA, APAC). The Merchandise Planner will work collaboratively with Category Management, Operations, Sales, and Finance departments in creating seasonal plans to achieve TNF’s strategic, financial, and distribution goals.How You Will Make a DifferenceBuild bottoms-up plans by territory and region at the style and color level to align with financial plan based on merchant insights, sell-thru data, historical trend, and seasonal initiatives

Inform segmented assortment strategies using market insights and quantitative analysis

Partner with Category Managers to achieve Global revenue & margin targets through collaboration with finance, sales, and product teams

Provide volume line planning guidance to merchandising and product management, including SKU efficiency analysis

A key part of this role will also be in data management and building reports in either excel or tableau

Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of merchandising directors

Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Computer/Software Applications: Microsoft Office Suite – very strong Excel required. BI reporting tools a plus.

Languages: English

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analysis to broad audience, Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong cross functional collaboration skills required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience product forecasting, statistical modeling and/or strategic planning, Experience in database management a plus
