About the RoleThe Transition Support Specialist plays a key role in helping bring newly acquired or developed communities into our company. This position supports the Transition Team by managing requests for files and information, organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that follow-up tasks are completed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing high volumes of information and interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument & Data Management: Collect, track, and organize large volumes of documents (hundreds per community transition), ensuring accuracy and completeness.Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, calls, and touchpoints with various teammates/departments each week; manage calendars and meeting logistics.Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate notes, distribute meeting summaries, and ensure follow-up items are clearly documented.Task Tracking: Maintain and update project checklists and trackers to ensure all transition milestones are met on time.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, providing timely updates and follow-through on requests.Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes during transitions.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive documents and information with discretion.
