JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Transportation Billing RepresentativeDepartment: AccountingLocation: Greeley, COReports to: Billing SupervisorPrimary Responsibilities:
Handle billing processes including matters related to invoicing.
Prepare invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
Interact with Drivers to settle loads and ensure proper documentation has been received.
Follow up with multiple departments to gather final billing details.
Perform data entry and filing.
Additional tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Ability to analyze data.
General knowledge of Excel.
Ability to handle billing inquires and resolve discrepancies.
Computer skills
Knowledge of billing systems (preferred)
TMW knowledge is beneficial.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
