Informa Markets’ North America Portfolio is looking for a Video Content Producer. The ideal candidate is a creative, passionate and collaborative person, who is instinctively excited about using video as a powerful storytelling medium.As the Video Content Producer for Informa Markets’ North America business, you will work directly with the Director of Creative Development to support the video production needs for the company’s internal and external communication strategy. You will have the opportunity to travel and help produce internal town hall events, cinematic case studies, colleague stories, social media content, and other types of creative company communications using video as a primary channel.You are an experienced user of the Adobe Creative Suite with proficient working knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. You’ve edited content ranging from short-form marketing content to longer form narrative type content. You’ve done a good amount of filming and know your way around cameras, can light an interview, and capture clean audio. You are growing into a strong editor and know how to tell an impactful story using a combination of music, video footage, stock video assets, and motion graphics.Most importantly, you love to have fun and laugh with your team! You are a collaborative, and creative person who is passionate about content creation. You have a discerning eye for visual design and layout, and you want stuff to look good—really good! You feel comfortable in a team of people who work hard but have a lot of fun doing it. You are able to be independent and own tasks, but you also welcome feedback and direction, viewing it as an opportunity to learn and get better.This role is perfect for you if you have a video production and editing background (3-4 years experience), and are looking to grow in a supportive and fun environment.Role ExpectationsCreate high-quality video content including Corporate Town Halls, Case Studies, Testimonial videos, creative storytelling videos, social content and more, alongside the Director of Creative Development.Leverage your abilities in digital video production, motion design, graphic design, and post-production to help bring projects to life.  Operate digital video cameras and related production equipment to capture high-quality video and audio, including operating mirrorless cinema careers, lighting for interviews, and capturing clean and crisp audio.Stellar project management and production management skills.A keen eye for layout and design, and familiarity with and passion for maintaining brand consistency in your work.Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a larger Communications and Content team, supporting on multiple simultaneous projects.  Have strong organization skills and attention to detail.An ability to listen, investigate, and collaborate on solutions.Maintain the spirit of a life-long learner and enjoy staying current on new equipment, software and production workflows, bringing new trends and ideas to the table.Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.Ability to and interest in travelling 6 times year to manage video projects.Have great energy and a positive spirit!
