Video Production Internship and Mentorship Opportunity

Our company is offering one internship / mentee position for this summer and fall.

This is a great opportunity to develop the useful modern skill of video editing while working on professional projects and getting access to comprehensive professional online video production courses for free, as well as free one-to-one, hands-on mentorship in the fi of video production.

A little bit about myself. My name is Scott, I've been running a video production company in Boulder full-time for the past 7 years. We mostly cover wedding videography, but also do some corporate and some photography work.

I have mentored several interns in the past, some of whom have gone on to make video production their full-time career.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Teachability, a willingness and desire to learn new things

- A passion and interest in the field of filmmaking and editing.

- Timely

- Professional

- Clear and quick communicator

- Availability afternoons and evenings

- Flexible schedule ideally

- Access to a MacBook Pro (preferably with an M1 processor or above)

- No criminal record & willing to take a background test

COMPENSATION:

- Learn how to use Adobe Premiere Pro effectively

- Experience filming weddings

- Copy of any footage you shoot

- One-on-one mentorship (get any questions answered from video production to business)
