Role #1: Wireless ArchitectDescription: Seeking a technologist with an extensive WiFi networking background to take on a WiFi architect role. This position will focus owning architecture and road map for Spectrum Out of Home WiFi. Out of Home WiFi is defined as Spectrum WiFi access points deployed in high density areas enabling Spectrum Mobile WiFi offload outside of the customers home. The day to day life will be developing WiFi road maps, investigating new product introduction, deploying new WiFi software release packages with fellow engineers, and providing technical guidance for high priority defects identified in testing environments. Weekly collaboration with vendors and internal teams will be required to keep the road map aligned and on track.

The ideal candidate will have a significant WiFi and network engineering background. Industry WiFi certifications are preferred.
