Workday Business Solutions Architect to their team!Job at a glance:- This is a direct hire position
- Hiring salary range of $90K-110K + benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, retirement plans, FSA, Wellness Accounts, Paid volunteering, cell phone stipend)
- Will involve onsite work in Aurora, Colorado
- Serve on an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) team to support the business of Finance and Human Resources
- Maintain a high level of user expertise for the ERP platform
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions using Workday and related applications
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules
- Oversee the integration of ERP with other business systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
- Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams
- Solving service and incident tickets within an IT ticketing system.
- Contribute ideas for continually improving the team’s productivity, job enjoyment and code quality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of Workday technical skills
- Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards)
- Technical experience with XML and XSLT
- Workday Studio and Workday Extend experience preferred
- Expertise in secure software development and secure coding practices
- Expertise in developing cloud-based and open-source software solutions
- Information Security (PCI, PII)
- Workflow configurations
- Data Migration
- Interfaces, APIs
- SDKs
- GUI support
