The Yard Tech is responsible for Loading, unloading, and moving materials and items by hand or using material handling equipment.Assisting with loading and unloading of equipment and materials.Sorting and stacking materials and equipment in designated areas.Performing general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing the yard.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.Checking equipment in and out of the yard and ensuring they are fit for work.Performing basic yard maintenance and housekeeping tasks.Maintaining cleanliness and order in the yard.Performing routine inspections and minor repairs on rental equipment.Assisting customers with equipment rentals and explaining safety and operation procedures.Loading and unloading heavy equipment onto delivery trucks.Performing preventive maintenance on yard equipment and tools.
