Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and work for a growing organization as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. As an integral part of our client's financial department, the individual in this position will be responsible for secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and contributing to team efforts.Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily billing and cash receipt functions including invoicing, depositing, recording, and reporting.

Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records.

Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner with professionalism and precision.

Prepare bank deposits, verify and balance receipts.

Update receive payments status and maintain current accounts.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Assist in month-end procedures and prepare monthly reports.

Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Preferably 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing or sales ledger role.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) with familiarity in using Accounting Software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external personnel.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
