Advisory Solution Consultant - Healthcare

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting sales to our Healthcare Provider customers. You will help guide revenue for our platform and solutions with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on role with responsibilities to go wide and deep on solution positioning from initial sale through delivery to aid adoption.What you get to do in this role:  The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for assigned territories.Act as the primary technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales teamGuide our customers to learn and embrace ServiceNow’s AI offerings. Provide tactical and technical assistance as part of pre-sales motions (Proof of Concept programs, workshops, etc.) and post-sales adoption (advisory, pilots, etc.)Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needsAnswer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleaguesGuide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreementProvide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional valueShare and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the teamStay current on competitive analysis and market differentiationSupport marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
