Industry: Aerospace / Business AviationJoin a leading aviation maintenance team supporting  business jet programs in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.This role focuses on aircraft structural repair, modification, inspection, and composite work on Global and Challenger business aircraft, supporting a high-performance corporate aviation environment.You will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and long-term reliability of advanced business jets.Perform aircraft structural troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenanceFabricate and modify aircraft structural components and sheet metal partsPerform minor composite structural repairs on attached or detached componentsAssist with hidden damage inspections of aircraft structuresSupport complex structural repairs both on and off aircraftRemove and install aircraft structural components as requiredAssist with aircraft component repairs and modificationsAssist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations when neededOperate ground support equipment as requiredAssist with aircraft towing and repositioning operationsSupport maintenance activities at off-site locations when requiredEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, safety policies, and environmental standardsParticipate in 5S workplace organization and cleanliness initiativesComplete all maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with manuals and regulationsPerform work safely, efficiently, and within required timelines
