Responsibilities:· Implement and administer software products, applications, and services· Provide technical guidance and solutions· Create project plans and execute against them on deliverables· Participate in standups and weekly reviews to provide the status of deliverables· Provide high-quality technical support for applications, and services, which meetsservice level commitments· Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution· Determine root cause of issues and strive to eliminate recurrence of problems· Detect events, investigate, and determine the correct action from various monitors· Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize impact to businessoperations· Align services to changing business needs by identifying and implementingimprovements· Build automation and process enhancements to improve service and reduce manualinterventions· Build metrics and dashboards to understand performance, usage and issues· Maintain, enhance and revise knowledge artifacts· Able to multi-task and manage multiple demands and projects within deadlinesSkills / experience:· At least 5 years of enterprise applications and services support experience· Software engineering expertise with a focus on, and experience in, DevOps· Strong communication and customer interaction skills.· Experience and knowledge of scripting languages· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills· Understanding of Windows / Linux based platforms and hands-on experience withmonitoring tools· Experience with MS Azure and Azure Automation, specifically with managingapplications and Infrastructure as a service
