JD: Quality Assurance Analyst Level 2 Required Skills/Experience aria-hidden="true" The candidate must have the following skills or experience: aria-hidden="true" Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, exposure to programming in a aria-hidden="true" 3rd generation languages and knowledge of software design patterns aria-hidden="true" 5 to 7 years of experience as a tester for IT projects aria-hidden="true" Experience in NIEM XML or other complex XML Standard aria-hidden="true" Experience in testing web services manually using Soap UI/Postman aria-hidden="true" Working knowledge of IBM Rational Jazz Suite is a plus aria-hidden="true" An ability to understand the complexity of a large integrated system and to trace aria-hidden="true" problems to their source aria-hidden="true" Experience with SOA technologies aria-hidden="true" Experience in scripting complex SQ queries (Microsoft SQL server) aria-hidden="true" Proficient in MS Excel aria-hidden="true" Work cooperatively with other Team Members including Team Leader/Manager, aria-hidden="true" Developers, Testers, Designers and others Application Tester is aria-hidden="true" also responsible for understanding all of the areas of the system and providing institutional aria-hidden="true" knowledge of its design and operation. aria-hidden="true" Specific Services Required aria-hidden="true" Creating test use cases, doing the testing, creating the testing results reports, and aria-hidden="true" implementing the testing needed by the project managers aria-hidden="true" Providing documented processes to the testing team in the implementation of aria-hidden="true" the required testing aria-hidden="true" Supporting the resolution of defects found during testing and providing general aria-hidden="true" testing process consultation to the project team Developing presentations for stakeholders, officials, and other interested parties when requested by the Management aria-hidden="true" Reporting test results, documenting reported defects to test lead. Entering the aria-hidden="true" defects in defect management tool aria-hidden="true" Ability to validate Traceability Matrix to contractual requirements
