Are you ready to go beyond?Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering (ASE) Commercial Programs is looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join its team as Project Resource & Business Management Manager. This leader would manage a team of project engineers, resource managers, and business analysts supporting Commercial Engines (CE) programs.Key Responsibilities

Manage team of Project Engineers supporting the commercial repair development and technology development/transition processes.

Manage team of Resource Managers accountable for determining and reporting the amount of necessary resources to meet cost and delivery requirements, and implementing and managing outsourcing strategy in conjunction with the respective disciplines.

Manage team of Business Analysts accountable for providing budget planning and management support to commercial programs.

Supervisory responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement activities and robust root cause investigations to ensure ASE and P&W continue to deliver world class customer and shareholder value

Build, develop & maintain a team that satisfies ASE requirements for employee technical and CORE proficiency.

​Basic Qualifications:

BS in technical field

14 years experience in engineering, program management, customer service, aftermarket, or operations with a Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience in engineering, program management, customer service, aftermarket or operations with an Advanced degree;

3 years of experience as a team leader and coach who can work within a multi-discipline team environment;

US citizenship is required due to government contract requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and management

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships

Project engineering experience and/or team leadership experience

Cost and schedule management experience

Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

Analytical skills

Participation in process improvement efforts
