Associate Producer

Role Summary:The KARAMO show is seeking an ASSOCIATE PRODUCER to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments.  This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 6 months unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Responsibilities:Pitch and book compelling guests/two stories to appear on the show on a weekly basisTravel and meet guests upon arrival to StamfordCommunicate with Producer about guests and production needsHandle all guest paperwork with Production, Legal & Accounting teamsAssist Show Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as neededShow day procedures: assist with guest arrival, wardrobe, and additional production/show day needs Liaise with Production to make sure all expenditures are accounted for and pre-approved
