Bartender Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Craft Cocktails, Wines, Beers. Must have experience in High Volume and a High Level of service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality will be crucial to your success in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

Operate the Toast POS system for processing orders and managing transactions.

Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Uphold all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

Previous experience in Bartending with a minimum of 5 years experience in high level service.

Familiarity with Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.

Basic math skills for cash handling and drink pricing.

Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment typical of nightclubs or bars.
