Description Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Benefits Specialist to provide essential support to the Benefits Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) to effectively navigate and manage related processes. In addition to FMLA expertise, proficiency in Human Resources and Benefits administration is essential, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the role's multifaceted responsibilities.
