Business Analyst

Job DescriptionOur fortune 500 client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their CX team and provide operational support in the realm of customer data platforms, ecommerce, and web platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 4-5+ years of business analyst experience working with stakeholders, business teams, project managers, shared services teams, and vendors to lead and manage digital projects from strategy briefings and project discovery through launch. They will need to be proficient in Jira or another req. management tool and have experience working with customer data management.
