- 7 to 10 years of experience in P&C Insurance domain and Policy Administration/Underwriting products.
- Experience working in Personal Auto, Property and General Liability
- Good understanding of various Insurance functions like Quote, Rating, Issue, Coverage, New Business, endorsements, Policy Servicing etc
- Strong Business analysis experience with good analytical skills.
- Experience in Business analysis methodology, Requirements analysis, Requirements gathering, Business Process Design Experience
- Proficient in writing Business Requirements document and Functional Specification documentation in areas such as Rating, Issuance etc
- Strong facilitation skills, excellent written and verbal communications
- Collaboration with onsite team and effective in client communication
- Should have experience working in JIRA/RALLY
- Experience in writing user stories and Liaise with PO to refine the features
- Ability to conduct IPM Story Walkthrough
- Ability to resolve business queries for the team
- Experience working with PO to create healthy backlog and prioritize
- SAFe knowledge or experience is preferred
- Technical exposure preferably with Java technology
