ASAP NEED FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING ROLE IN SOUTH WINDSOR CTAPPLY NOWDescription:This company is looking for a civil engineer to come lead and grow their civil engineering department. multi-disciplinary land development consulting firm serving the three southern New England states (CT, MA, RI) from our home office in South Windsor, Connecticut. This firm encompasses Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Land Planning services for private- and public-sector clients. They work on a wide variety of exciting projects including mixed-use and multi-family developments, single-family subdivisions, retail/commercial developments, educational, houses of worship, industrial/warehouse buildings, government facilities, and recreational facilities. This candidate will be hands-on design assisting in the preparation of site design plans using Civil 3D. Calculations and report preparation for storm drainage and stormwater management and water quality treatment systems. Site visits for analysis, data collection, monitoring, and soils testing for septic and stormwater systems. Work toward interfacing with clients, community officials, consultants and presenting site plans to local regulatory boards and commissions.
