Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce aerospace components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in aerospace manufacturing.

Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines.

Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-axis machining centers and live tooling lathes.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Machinist certification or equivalent training.
