CS Group- US is looking for Junior / Mid-Level / Senior Embedded Software Engineers. His/her role will be to test embedded safety-critical software applications embedded on Aerospace or Defense Systems. The role may evolve to a leadership or software development role.The role can be hybrid (CT) or fully remote.Responsibilities:Design, development, analysis, evaluation, verification, integration/test of real time embedded software.Collaboratively work with other software, quality, design, and test engineers as well as electrical and system engineers throughout all phases of the product development lifecycle, from idea and conceptualization, through requirements, design, development, and testing.Demonstrate proficiency with embedded software (such as Assembly, C and C) able to design and develop software solutions.Understanding of both open and closed loop testing along with Hardware In the Loop (HIL) Testing.  Understanding of Model Based Development (MBD) is desirable.Decomposition of systems, software, and design requirements into architecture, and detailed design.Provide guidance to less experienced team membersEffectively and timely communicate with project team and leadership to enable quick issue resolution.The role requires the use of various development tools such as oscilloscopes and trace tools, and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
