Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst

SUMMARYSeeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to implement and facilitate CI tools and methodologies as well as the help to mature Chromalloy Continuous Improvement program. To monitor progress and support as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Works with Regional CI lead, Site CI Lead, local CI coordinator(s) and others where applicable to learn and apply the lean tools in critical areas of opportunity.Train and develop associates at all levels.Must be able to manage and interact effectively with diverse groups and personalities.Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Must have strong written and presentation skills.Coordinates mapping of value streams in order to develop improvement targets.Facilitates training, team meetings and kaizen events.Supports and positively drives 5S improvements.Consults with suppliers and customers as needed to achieve goals.Motivates and mentors others in the continuous improvement culture.Inspires a culture of change and improvement.
