Responsibilities:Build and maintain the NBC Sports broadcast schedule using NBCU’s COMPASS scheduling system. Communicate NBC schedule updates clearly and accurately across the organization, including program names, episode titles, dates, and airtimes.Coordinate schedules in MPS for accurate long-term planning across NBC Broadcast, NBCSN Linear, NBCSN Extra, and PeacockMaintain day to day schedule entry in Multi-Platform Scheduling across numerous propertiesSupport programming hours analysis during budget and upfront planning cycles in collaboration with Ad Sales, Finance, and Research teams.Develop and distribute daily and ad hoc scheduling reports for Ad Sales, Planning, Finance, Business Development, Production, and other cross-functional partners.Contribute to additional programming, scheduling, reporting, and operational projects as business needs arise.
