CRM Specialist/Email Marketing Coordinator

Our client in Stamford, Connecticut is looking for a CRM Specialist/Email Marketing Coordinator whom is interested in joining well established law firm which was recently credited as one of the best law firms in 2022 by USA News. This individual will be involved in all CRM management, including They will also play a key role in the design and development of new field-based applications as well! Lastly one major part of this role has this individual managing all firm-wide, practice group and individual attorney email and direct mail campaigns, including client alerts, annual updates, newsletters, and evaluating the metrics of each campaign.Position Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience directly managing a CRM database required, preferably within a law firm or professional services firm environment
• Knowledge of IntelliPad CRM a plus; ability and willingness to learn a new CRM system, if necessary
• Experience with email marketing technology platforms required; knowledge of Constant Contact a plus
• Experience with social media (i.e., LinkedIn and Facebook) and websites a plus
• Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment, as well as interact professionally with attorneys and administrative personnel
