Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency in our day-to-day operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assist with customer requests by understanding their needs and finding solutions. Utilize SharePoint to retrieve the necessary information to fulfill customer requests. Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Accurately process customer applications. Maintain precise records of all customer interactions. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, in particular outlook, to manage and organize tasks. Continuously learn and adapt to new procedures and updates. Uphold our commitment to providing excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous Proven track record of maintaining customer focus and achieving customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed set performance targets Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications Proficiency in data entry and typing Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals Demonstrated commitment to improving customer service and service delivery Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications a plus Ability to adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures Must possess strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
