Join us and help build a more advanced, more autonomous, more connected, more electric and more sustainable future!The Engine Control Systems Analyst, Delivery Assurance coordinates with suppliers and shipping carriers to ensure that parts are delivered on time to support engine manufacturing demand. Individuals in this role are critical to our delivery process and will be in direct contact with suppliers to ensure demand alignment, track part status and determine risks to delivery. Delivery assurance will work closely with operations leads, procurement, quality and engineering to escalate and resolve risks to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will be Hybrid; the identified candidate must be able to be located near our Windsor Locks, CT, Phoenix, AZ, or Rockford, IL site locations.Primary Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple suppliers

Run delivery meetings with suppliers

Utilize SAP and Supplier Portal to ensure demand alignment with supplier

Track supplier stock levels and parts in build process

Record and update shipping commitments from supplier in commit database

Determine and escalate risks to delivery

Work with supplier and buyer team to resolve risks

Drive supplier to on time delivery

Track parts in transit and resolve issue in transit

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
