RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Content Editor in a partially remote setting. This position will be onsite in Milford, CT 4 days a week and remote 1 day.
Essential Functions: As a Digital Content Editor, you will build content and pages for strategic corporate objectives Maintain and publish time-sensitive content on the websites globally Support the team in an agile workflow and complete the tasks assigned to you within 2-week sprints within Azure DevOps tool Tracking and ensuring receipt of content changes and delivered copy/assets from stakeholders Digital Content Editor will collaborate with Analytics teams to implement search engine optimization (SEO) tactics to promote the website's presence and increase web traffic Support ad hoc design requests for the business, as needed design visually engaging graphics and visual experiences for our web/mobile channelsREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of working experience in CSS, HTML, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) 2+ years of working experience in Sitecore CMS (or equivalent) and a digital asset management system (DAM) Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology Expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus Ability to understand and work with a design system Must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Quality assurance: obsessed with details, assist the triage, tracking, and resolution of content errors and maintenance needs including support of copy editing on a need-by-need basis A proven track record of ownership, delivering on time with quality A strong sense of accountability for goals and deliverables Comfortability with tight deadlines, early morning, late evening, and sometimes weekend publishes Comfort with changes and shifting priorities Empowered to work independently and know when to ask for help Empathetic with exceptional collaboration skills and support for many teams Keen to have fun with the teamPreferred: Experience implementing CSS, HTML, and UX best practices for optimized guest journey on responsive website Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tracking tool preferred The awareness of accessibility and WCAG standards, to assess deliverables and ensure compliance for websitesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
