Embedded Software Verification Engineer (Mid level)

We are seeking a capable Embedded Software Verification Engineer with experience in real-time embedded software verification.The ideal candidate will be capable of reliably receiving and implementing a verification strategy in alignment with verification lifecycles to satisfy DO-178 objectives.  This individual will provide reliable verification results to certification and development teams.Location: The role can be onsite (CT), hybrid, or fully remote. ResponsibilitiesIndependently perform all verification activities for embedded aerospace and defense systems including but not limited to artifact review, test case/test procedure development, analysis and results compilation.Collaborate with hardware, development, and certification teams.Ensure compliance of verification artifacts in accordance with DO-178C objectives.Awareness of a variety of testing strategies such as simulation, integration, target hardware, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments.Ensure efficient and accurate implementation of testing solutions in alignment with high-level and low-level requirements, including accurate traceability.Identify, isolate, and analyze verification findings.Support verification efforts in alignment to developed schedules and quality objectives while interfacing with internal stakeholders.Provide technical support to junior engineers.
