You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Business Development team supports PwC and its clients by developing sales strategies, executing tactics, and securing the resources required to close sales opportunities. The Sector Sales Leader role helps focus our CRE sales resources with the Firm’s Go-to-Market strategy and priorities beginning with industry/sector knowledge to create differentiation for our priority clients. The SSL is a player/coach role that contributes to overall revenue growth within the sector in two ways: as a player/coach managing and selling into premier priority client(s) and providing sector leadership and coaching to the sector council and other CREs within the sector.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :10 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thought-leader level knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing profession, including sector specialization through serving previous clients within the sector, identification of sector trends and business issues, competitor strategies across the sector and has significant experience to accomplish key objectives, including:Proving a track record of superior performance in serving clients in a sales capacity either currently or in a previous role;

Assisting with or developing deployment strategies across sector priority accounts;

Identifying sector-specific and business unit specific client business issues; and,

Understanding the sales process, especially influencing buying decisions through a sales framework, partnering with marketing activities and coaching teams in sales pursuits.

Demonstrates proven thought leader-level abilities and success being a strategic business partner with leadership with emphasis on consistent success in achieving sales goals, coaching their own assigned account team(s) and other sector based CREs who work with priority clients, influencing others, and the following related areas:Coaching other sales professionals, including understanding and utilizing Firm resources to advance the account team or their sector team;

Working with senior leadership to deliver and and execute on an optimal go-to-market strategy focused on revenue growth;

Building and maintaining relationships with highest levels of leadership, with proven communication skills, including effectively managing through a matrix organization;

Having a focus on client interaction, including working with account teams to develop their account planning; build and maintain the long-term recurring and nonrecurring revenue stream;

Leveraging professional network to introduce others to their contacts and drive revenue growth;

Utilizing sales cycle methodology, account and relationship development methodology, and driving a business development culture within their own assigned account team and more broadly within the sector; and,

Attracting the attention of and meeting with C-Suite attendees, including a proven track record of appealing to the C-Suite.
