Engineering Technician 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems and components.

Conduct quality control checks on products and ensure compliance with specifications.

Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

Maintain accurate records of test results, equipment maintenance, and inventory.

Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping (VSM).

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Manufacturing internship or co-op experience desirable.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM).

Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
