Experienced Bartender Manager

Busy Italian Restaurant-Bar in Downtown Fairfield is seeking a BARTENDER MANAGER with prior experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a high-quality menu of alcoholic cocktails, managing and training the bar staff to ensure exceptional service and expertise, overseeing bar operations including inventory management, engaging with guests to provide personalized bar experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Minimum requirements include 5+ years of bartending experience in a high-end bar or restaurant, basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing, and availability to work weekends and evenings.
