Participating in product architecture, design, development, and deployment. Involvement in product from inception through launch, interacting with early users, understanding customer needs, and driving solutions to meet or exceed expectations. Developing time estimates for project tasks and reporting regularly on progress. Investigating and debugging complex system problems and driving engineering solutions to improve or correct product or process issues. Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Meriden, Connecticut and some days remote.Work EnvironmentMix of work in a lab environment and manufacturing environment. Collaborate with software team, hardware team, other firmware engineers, and production support on troubleshooting.
