Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter to take on the role of Foreman Painter. The ideal candidate has years of hands-on painting experience, excels in leading a team, and is capable of managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. This is a key leadership position where you’ll oversee job sites, mentor crew members, and ensure top-tier quality and safety standards are upheld. Applicant must Speak English !

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew of painters on job sites

Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail on every project

Coordinate daily tasks and project timelines

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Troubleshoot issues and provide expert painting knowledge

Ensure proper surface preparation, painting techniques, and cleanup

Track materials and supplies and report to management

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional painting experience (interior/exterior, residential/commercial)

2+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA certification (preferred)
