Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist located in GREENWICH, Connecticut, in the automotive sector. The role involves managing customer interactions, administrative tasks, and contributing to a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate departments. Handle administrative tasks and scheduling appointments with precision and efficiency. Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records. Provide a welcoming and positive first impression to customers visiting the dealership. Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities by proficiently using office equipment and software. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Contribute to the team by multitasking and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Represent the company with a professional demeanor. Use excellent communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively. Apply organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain order in the workplace. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Demonstrated expertise in performing receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, managing appointments, and greeting visitors. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computer software including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent education level. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience in handling cash transactions and basic accounting would be a plus. Knowledge of automotive industry and related terminologies would be advantageous. Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
