Are you ready to go beyond?The Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) shop visits continue to grow, and repair Turn Around Times must continue to support program goals to meet demand and reduce Aircraft on Ground (AOGs). Must have the ability and ambition to identify critical process opportunities and proactively raise awareness to network with key stakeholders to see solutions executed & measure impacts. The candidate will provide escalation whenever necessary to meet improvement milestones, and drive project priorities across departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team focal for Industrialization, Integrated Material Solutions (IMS) & Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) integrated activities

Coordinate Geared Turbo Fan engine supplier Turn Around Time actions across departments, such as operations, engineering, spares, planning, etc.

Lead supplier performance contact Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) escalations

Integrate cadenced improvement plans & status packages for senior management reviews.

Own the late repair escapes reporting, identify trends & areas for improvement.

Coordinate & host working sessions focused on critical material paths to reduce engine build misses.

Build methods & process tools to increase efficiencies within our Supplier Performance team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain or operations OR a Masters degree with 5 years’ experience in supply chain or operations

US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in supply chain or business administration

Aerospace experience

Engine programs experience

Experience with specifically Quality Control Process Charting (QCPC) , Value Stream Mapping (VSM), & Process Mapping

Experience using SAP aftermarket systems.
