STABLISHED Utility line clearance company seeking for a GENERAL FOREMAN for crews working in the CONNECTICUT and lower MASSACHUSETTS area. EXPERIENCED (5yrs+) is a MUST in working for utility/utility contactor in vegetation management capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing transmission and distribution crews.
- Recording and monitoring productivity of crews and reporting to upper management.
- Coordinating crew compliments and equipment movement.
- Ability to estimate completion dates.
- Communicating and coordinating jobs with utility representatives.
- Ability to follow and be in compliance with the company's stablished administrative Standard Operational Process (SOP)
CDL and ability to speak Spanish are a plus.
Company will be vehicle provided.
