The Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating group therapy to adults and adolescents at the Outpatient level of care. The Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary. The facilitator communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Clinical Manager, Program Coordinator, Executive Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatmentFacilitation of clinical groupsParticipating and supporting patient mealsEnsure documentation timeframes follow state and payer requirementsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company training, webinars, and related meetingsKnowledge and adherence to HIPAA privacy rulesAny other job-related responsibilities as assigned by SupervisorThis position has a $500 sign on bonus !Compensation is between $20-$23/HR and will be dependent upon education and experienceThis full-time position is in-person at our Southport Outpatient Program.
