Plan, organize, and lead group fitness classes.

Run classes as needed.

Design creative and engaging classes that cater to clients of all fitness levels.

Maintain a safe and motivating environment during classes.

Supervise and mentor group fitness instructors.

Ensure that instructors are providing high-quality instruction and motivating clients.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into classes.

Monitor class attendance and make adjustments to the schedule as needed.

Manage equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and sanitization.

Provide feedback and guidance to instructors to help them improve.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a related field. (Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology)

Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.

Certification in group fitness instruction.

Proven experience leading group fitness classes and scheduling classes.

Strong knowledge of various exercise modalities and class formats.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.

Ability to manage and mentor a team of group fitness instructors.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in group fitness.

Ability to adapt and make adjustments to class schedules and formats.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
