Role: Insurance Policy Services/Guidewire PolicyCenter Location: Hartford, CT12 months+ JOB DESCRIPTION:8 to 10 years of relevant experience on Policy center v8 or above.- Certified on PC or GW suite v10- Experience in developing code using GOSU- Experience on Guidewire product setup and configuration- Experience on defining LOBs using Product Designer- Preferred rating experience on GW or integrating GW policy center with an external rating engine- Experience in configuring and customizing rules, events, pcfs and entity changes on all policy transactions- Experience in connecting external systems using standard Guidewire APIs or Plug-ins- Minimum one development (full Guidewire project implementation) project experience- Advance Java or J2EE skills along with Java Certification- Hands on Experience in SQL or PLSQ- Strong knowledge in Guidewire (Policy, Claim, Billing) Product data model entities and relationship Handson exp on PC Edge frame work- Experienced in performance optimization techniques – preferred- Clear and thorough understanding about Guidewire Design and key functional concepts- Good communication skills- Must be willing to work directly with the client- Agile – scrum expertise preferred"
