Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?Responsible for defining and implementing access management controls, concepts, and practices that will increase our security posture, reduce risk, and provide resiliency while rapidly enabling business initiatives. Assist in shaping the strategic vision and manage specific strategy work tracks. Collaborate with Enterprise partners including Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, and Security Engineering along with the division's technical and business areas to implement access management capabilities. This is a hands-on role that will conduct detailed analysis of existing access management models in addition to coordinating efforts across multiple areas. The role requires a solid understanding of Access Management and Cybersecurity principles such as privilege access management, principle of least privilege, the IAM lifecycle, and role-based access control models.

This position may be based 100% remotely or in one of our offices.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement our next generation of IAM services that add business value and reduce the risk to the organization.
  • Champion IAM requirements and capabilities to drive adoption of IAM solutions and best practices.
  • Lead the inventory and cleanup of privileged accounts.
  • Lead the evolution of the permission inventory model to increase visibility and understanding of who has access to what, when, and for what purpose.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of technical access controls such as technical vaults and JIT capabilities across host and distributed UI and datastore technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise IAM team, Business Stakeholders, Application Owners, Infrastructure teams and Enterprise Architects to define, implement, and support Role Based Access Controls.
  • Identify opportunities and implement automation for repetitive and time sensitive access management processes to accelerate turnaround, realize effort savings, and eliminate the human error factor.
  • Document processes and workflows with visual representation.
  • Surface and quantify IAM risks and implement risk mitigation solutions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, Enterprise, and division business and technology partners.
  • Participate in Enterprise Identity and Access Management and Cybersecurity related projects.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in all IAM principles and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of work experience within Computer Science or a related field required.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline preferred.
  • A sound understanding of IAM and Cybersecurity concepts including but not limited to privilege access management, principle of least privilege, the IAM lifecycle, temporal access models, just-in-time access models, and role-based access control implementations.
  • Experience and expertise in SailPoint capability modeling and implementation.
  • Technical aptitude to understand how access is administered across a variety of technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage access related policies and procedures.
  • Experience in change management and project management with demonstrated delivery of complex IAM projects.

  • May provide technical leadership to a project team.
