Profile Summary

This opportunity includes participating in an Information Technology Rotational Program. Participants will rotate through different areas of IT in two to three, six to nine month assignments designed to expose the participant to different areas of Voya Information Technology. Upon successful completion of all defined rotational assignment, participants 'graduate' and transition into roles within IT.

Profile Description

Participants will have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, from traditional office applications, to sophisticated security systems, networking, web, and other technologies. Voya's fast-paced environment that affords the right candidate a unique opportunity to be exposed to a variety of technologies and its application to solution business opportunities and challenges. General responsibilities include working with others to develop and/or modify processes to resolve simple business problems by utilizing IT solutions. Determine best approach to solve problems through analysis of business and user needs, documenting business requirements and translating business requirements into functional requirements. Assist in applying relevant new information technology products/services to business projects and analysis. Supports users, production activities and training/ business procedural development.

Knowledge & Experience
  • MAY 2022 Undergraduates with degrees in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields or related equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities - being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance.
  • Preferred; recently completed internship or internal Voya employee with a combination of the above.
